Will guests know it isn't a person?
It introduces itself as the Front Desk for your property. Disclosure wording TBD As one host put it: "Turns out guests prefer timely automated messages over late ones from an exhausted human."
What happens in a real emergency?
Anything that needs a person, like a lockout, a leak or a repair, becomes a notification in your host login right away. Emergency instructions TBD
How much work is setup for me?
Very little. You tell us about your properties, and we load the details and set you live. Setup time TBD
Does it work with Airbnb and Vrbo messages?
Supported channels TBD We'll confirm exactly where guests can reach the Front Desk before launch.
I manage 30 units. Does it scale?
Each property gets its own details and its own front desk, so 3 units or 30 work the same way. And the more units you add, the lower your rate on all of them. See pricing.
