Billing questions
How does the per-unit price work?
You pay the rate of the tier you're in for every unit. With 30 units you're in the 25 to 49 tier, so all 30 bill at $12, which is $360 a month.
What is the founding offer?
We're waiving the $199 onboarding fee for our first 1,000 units. Once those are claimed, onboarding returns to $199.
Can I add units later?
Yes. Add a property and we load it the same way. If you move into a new tier, the lower rate applies to all of your units.
